- Is there a minimum contract?
- All retainers run on a three-month minimum. This gives us enough time to learn your brand, test creative and show measurable momentum. Most clients stay much longer.
- Do I need to pay for ads on top of the retainer?
- Yes — ad spend is billed directly to your Meta, TikTok or Google Ads account and is separate from our management fee. We recommend a minimum ad spend of £500p/m month for testing and scaling.
- Can I change my package later?
- Absolutely. Many clients start on Launch or Growth, then move to Scale once the creative engine and paid funnel are proving ROI.
- What's included in a content shoot?
